Research problems in sudan

                    The researches define as the process by which the problems can be solved base on special view,  depend on experience, observation, description, the researches consider as the reference for all government decisions in developed countries which applies the result of researches on their life, that makes this countries in the top,but here in sudan there a lot of obstacles which can be solved by researches but the result of this researches laid in the archive without be applied in the ground, even if in researches carry out  there are many problems include financial support which assist the researcher in provision of articles or tools, moreover the economical condition of our country lead to escaping of professional cadre to be abroad in order to improve the income (brain rain), inadition to above in sudan there are no data base for thesis so that lead to repetition of researches, also there are some problems regarding accuracy of the data example some corporation give false data to reflect the positive profile, hide the true data that definitely lead false result

finally there are a lot of problems in sudan that related to researches but together government , researcher can exert a great efforts in order amputate this obstacles.               

the reasons of changing the job

             there are many reasons which makes the people change their jobs, first reason is to increase the income of family because the economical condition now a day is very difficult, the salary is not enough to meet the family needs so the people look for extra income, my friend Mohamed left his job as the teacher in primary (basic) school to be merchant in animal market. secondly the people seek for free time from full time job which makes a few of them leave their job to anther, the third one is suitability of work, sometime the work is not suitable from different sides may be physically or gender , so the people look for suitable work, finally the are a lot of reasons which makes people change their job.   

               My name Rabie Ali babiker, Iwas born in Gadarif state in small village called El sharafa, it's not far from the Gadarif, it's about 12 km in eastern part of town. I grew up there .studied the primary school, intermediate school , high secondary school in Gadarif, then I goined Omderman islamic University, Faculty of Basic medical science, section of Microbiology, after that I had master degree from Juba university in medical Microbiology. Now I am in final year in Ph.D in Gezira University, I hope by the end of this year to finish Ph.D degree. I have been working in Gadarif University as lecturer since 2005 during this period I have got marriage, have tow daughters the elder one in the second class of basic school, the  other in preschool phase. Finally that all a bout my self but I am looking forward to doing the best.
